Understanding your NDIS plan can sometimes be confusing. Our Support Coordinators work closely with you to help you understand and manage your NDIS plan. They can also help you to find and access the most appropriate support services that will help you progress your NDIS goals.
Other ways our Support Coordinators can help include:

- Assisting you to build your skills in choosing and accessing the support services that suit you best
- Using their knowledge of Disability Support Providers, Programs, and available Services in your area to link you with a range of relevant support options
