We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our Administration Support team as a full-time trainee . This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is critical to our day-to-day operations. This position reports to the Manager, Administration Services and is ideally suited to a recent school leaver.
Tasks in which the successful candidate will develop competence include:
- Communicating and liaising effectively with clients, staff and visitors
- Assisting with rostering of staff using rostering software and excel spreadsheets
- General administration duties including copying, scanning, filing, management of incoming and outgoing mail, ordering supplies, and operating office equipment
- Contributing to a high-achieving, successful, and fun culture
- Assisting with the production of newsletters
The Montagu office is based in Moonah, Tasmania, and provides a friendly, flexible and family focused working environment. Free parking is available onsite or in nearby streets. We also offer a discount on membership of Zap Gym and discounted private health insurance through Medibank.
This position is initially offered on a full time, 24-month contract basis, with a very strong possibility of becoming permanent after this time. Essential Requirements:
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration including NDIS Worker Endorsement (or ability to obtain prior to appointment)
- Successful completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation module
- Access to smart phone or another device with internet access
