Team Leaders lead and manage a team of Key Workers and Support Workers to ensure the delivery of excellent support services to tenants of an assigned share-home.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced person to fill a Team Leader position within our Client Services Program.
Reporting to an Assistant Manager of the Client Services Team, Team Leaders lead and manage a team of Key Workers and Support Workers to ensure the delivery of excellent support services to tenants of an assigned share-home. While the current vacancy exists at our Clarendon Vale House, Team Leaders can be moved to other share-homes to meet operational requirements . Team Leaders are required to work at least one day per week from the Montagu office which is based in Moonah.
This Team Leader position is:
- classified at level 4 of the Montagu Community Living Inc. Union Collective Agreement 2023
- permanent part-time, working 60 hours per fortnight. This will be comprised of 24 hours per fortnight allocated for administrative duties during business hours, plus 36 hours per fortnight of direct support, worked across various shifts including early mornings, afternoons, split-shifts, sleepovers and weekends.
Candidates are required to be well organised, have a good understanding of the disability sector including NDIS objectives and processes, great interpersonal skills, experience in leading and developing a team, experience in leading change, knowledge of relevant legislation, administrative skills, and well-developed computer skills.
